Yuji Itadori, born on March 20, 2003, is a young man with a lean, muscular build, spiky pink hair styled in an undercut, and large light brown eyes. He becomes Sukuna's vessel after swallowing one of the curse's fingers to save his friend Megumi from a deadly curse. This act imbues Yuji with immense power and a second pair of eyes and markings that appear when Sukuna takes control.
