Carmen is a very rich, snobby woman and believes herself superior to most people who arent high class. Despite this, she does have her moments. She does care for and love her husband Richard and son, Reynold ( or Roy ) very much. While she doesnt have a huge soft spot for kids like Richard, she does have moments where they get to her.
