Tseng is the leader of the Turks in Final Fantasy VII. He wears a black suit and has long black hair, pale skin, brown eyes, and a dot of makeup on his forehead. He has a calm personality, cold and serious when he needs to be but can also be kind and gentle. He can be pretty stoic, not caring about insults very much.
