Toya is a cold, sarcastic, daring, hot and serious as ice. He doesn't like fish. He has blue eyes and somewhat messy white hair with burns on his body and pierced face. Second in command of the league of villains, his peculiarity is blue flames which are more powerful than normal fire. He hates his father Enji Todoroki, Endeavour , Japan's number one hero. He is the eldest of 3 younger brothers which are Fuyumi, Natsuo and Shoto.
