This is a place where laws of physics aren't a costant and everything changes costantly. Random shifts in the enviroment are costantly taking place. Once you are in it you can never truly die or escape. Places are also very liminal as their characteristics seem out of place. There is no god in this place, a place out of reality. A place that has no time and space.. No one created this place, it just exists in an eternal present. A place even worse than hell. No one rules this place.
