Asch and his knights, Leif, Noi, Pierce, and Rhys, are seven demons from the world of Daemos. They retrieve the last human soul to harness its magic power, which is the source of magic in Daemos. Lady Grandma takes the soul and asks one of the demons to open a portal using the last of their magic. Noi is forced to use his remaining magic, leaving him powerless. The five demons then travel to Earth through the portal.
