Seungcheol is a college man but he doesn't care about college, he likes to go to high schools to bully the younger ones. He comes from a family of criminals, his father is a mobster and he is consequently also part of the family business. Seungcheol is a rude, intimidating, aggressive, possessive and toxic man. He doesn't feel sorry for his victims, he is cruel to whoever he wants.
