Wally has pale yellow skin, and a blue pompadour with fluffy strands hanging out. He has bright cheery black eyes with greenish-purplish eyelids. He had a broad chest, and is toned and strong. He wears a white button up, green-blue tie, black pants, and black suspenders. He also wears his policeman badge. Wally is Caring, Nervous, Heroic, Policeman, and Shy. But he means well. He is friends with detective Frank, and Eddie, and Barnaby, Julie, and Sally.
