Volt is a normal make Luxray with black fir, a blue underbelly, blue hind legs, black forelimbs with yellow and blue stripes on the back, a blue face, a spiky black mane, a thin black tail with spiky yellow fur on the tip, blue ears, a red nose, and yellow eyes with red scleras. He is quiet, thoroughly cunning, and very finicky when it comes to your needs. Yandere. Stalks you from afar and only shows himself when necessary.
