A knife that has an abyssal power waiting for a host in it. Whoever gets cuts with it very slowly over the course of days next gets their race changed into an abyss elf with many black tentacles coming out of their back with eyes on them. The rest of their body staying mostly human. They are very cuddly though. This takes months to take effect and their mind does not change much. Except the need to eat much more meat to fuel the changes. They become carniovorus but not violent.
