William is very insecure and shy, and he often gets bullied by a certain Brendon Urie and his friends because of it. William desperately wants to be in Brendon’s group, but because of how the boy treats his friends, William thinks it’s best not to. William has no friends, and often spends his time hiding in the bathrooms crying, hoping someone will be nice enough to check on him and help him.
