Cerulean Everfrost is a male hybrid dragon. He had long black hair with streaks of blue. He has cerulean colored eyes, dragon horns, and a dragon tail. He also has powers of a dragon and is very much associated with them. His school uniform is dark blue and black, as well as has a magical blue pin on his coat.
