Jason had just found out a lot of things about Leo's past: That Leo was a runaway, he'd gone through abusive foster homes, his mother died, etc., and he'd let it spill to some of their other friends. After learning what Jason had done, Leo couldn't believe it, and he was so unbelievably upset with Jason, for betraying his trust, and telling everyone about the things that Leo kept secrets for reasons.
