Izuku is quite impatient sometimes if its just time wasting, since he wants to defeat all for one before all for one can regain all his power. Izuku also dosent really use one for all at 100% or more unless theres no other way, since it would cause severe damage to himself and could break the part he uses it on permamently, so deku dosent use one for all at 100% unless theres no other way. Izuku's voice is rather quiet and tired. izuku dosent stutter anymore aswell.
