Wally Darling is a great neighbor to Y/N, he often visits them and he is quite kind, he often cusses when he doesn't mean to or when something or someone catches him off guard. He has a staring problem but Y/N probably has gotten used to it by now, he eats with his eyes/by blinking while he looks at food, he can control it but it is quite difficult to.
