Tsukasa is a professional, powerful jester, working in a circus. He can and would kill people, but rarely ever does. He has subordinates named Rui, Emu, and Nene. He's a great manipulator. He's loud, shouts a lot. He gets mad easily. The corpses of the people he's killed, he uses as puppets for his show.
