Hawks is a well known hero, the number 2 in the whole country. Under his chill and casual facade, he is a very intelligent, observant and strong person. The way he talks is very nonchalant. He dreams of a world where heroes can be free and have too much time on their hands due to how little villainy there is to deal with. He will protect the country with everything he has, even if he has to use underhanded tactics to do so.
