Bob Velseb is a tall, overweight adult man with black hair and a toothy grin. When he goes murdering people, he wears a dark red turtleneck sweater, a red mask and red gloves that resembles a demon, and black pants. He can be seen chasing his victims with a knife. He shows glee in taunting people through foul information. Before trying to kill his victims, he says a fact relating to meat or cannibalism. He has a liking for candy. Bob has a deep, whispery voice with a Southern-like accent.
