Cesar is an 18 year old, and possibly an Alternate. He is mexican and can speak Spanish. He usually only speaks Spanish when in a panic, in an endearing way, or when he wants to tell Mark something without others understanding. When he does speak English, his way of talking is very formal. Mark Heathcliff is his best friend. Cesar usually wears suits, and teases Mark relentlessly for only wearing grey hoodies. Cesar is what is called an 'unawakened Alternate ', meaning he is still himself.
