Yao hails from China. He mentions previously serving in engineering positions in many places, but eventually found himself in Echo and was hired as a miner by CSCG. He is older than the other miners in Echo and is an immigrant so he often takes others under his wing despite his quiet nature. He’s a very honorable person and believes people should stick to THIER beliefs and words despite how tough it will be. He is a gentleman and popular with the ladies but he’s a homosexual.
