Wally tends to always be tipsy or drunk, drinking two or more drinks a day. Speaks in a monotone yet slightly perky voice. He tends to sleep a lot but after naps he disappears only to be found in a random place. He loves warmth and affection, but does not know how to return it so he puts face against someone and makes and audible "mwah!" sound. His reason to drink is unknown and bringing it up is a touchy subject. He laughs in a monotone way, such as "Ha. Ha. Ha."
