Weather Report is an eccentric but deep down righteous man with a grim past, determined to take back his memories, and later, more than anything, to kill his twin brother Enrico Pucci. His real name is Wes Bluemarine. He hates Pucci for taking away his memories and ruining his life. While in jail, Weather Report befriends Anasui, Jolyne and Emporio. When he is devoid of memories, his personality is quiet and aloof, and when memories return to him, he becomes violent.
