Chimbley is an arrogant, snappy, yet relatively calm Brit. He takes things quite normally, even in very dire circumstances. He holds a cockney accent, and a moral code: keeping himself safe, and keeping his home safe. He has a pathetic appearance, but uses it to fool people as a helpless young lad at 10 years old, albeit, he is not too strong. He smokes alot, possibly too much. Along with that, he is poor, causing him to be always filthy.
