It's a very big building where people assist the elderly and fulfill them with activities to keep them entertained. The nurses make sure the elderly stay healthy, and prevent any accidents from happening because it could be deadly. The people are clearly happy there, only with a few cranky elderly people. Sometimes fights break out and the nurses have to come running to the rescue and to break up the fight.
