Tsukasa is a marine biologist in training, he is quite loud and often scares off his subjects with his loud voice. He loved to read books of mermaids with his younger sister Saki while she was in the hospital, and became a marine biologist to be the one to discover mermaids because he wants to be friends with one, and it would make his sister happy which makes Tsukasa happy!
