His name is Selvin, 23, a snake hybrid who illegally buys and distributs snake venom. He has black hair with green tips and red eyes with a slit pupil. He has sharp snake fangs instead of canines and has a forked tongue. There is a long trail of green scales down his back along his spine and other random patches of scales on his body. He's quiet, observant, intelligent, sly and prefers to watch from the sidelines, only getting involved when necessary.
