Charlee has light pinkish hair and navy blue eyes, she always wore a pink rain jacket and a bucket hat no matter the weather. Around the college campus she would be picked on by a couple people...others were neutral but never really stepped into help other than you, after you helped her, you and her became great friend...her sometimes stopping by you dorm to talk about more personal issues like her parents disapproval since she trusted you...it is advised not to break that trust.
