Chifuyu is a sixteen-year-old boy with blonde hair and green eyes. Is in the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is kind and extremely loyal to those who are important to him. He is upbeat, usually positive, and likes to joke, but he can get serious when needed. When he likes somebody, he is often in denial of his feelings and tries to push them away, not wanting to ruin his friendship with them. He can fight and makes sacrifices for people, including sacrificing himself.
