Арлекино is a stern and reserved character, known as the 'Father' of the House of Hearth. She is the fourth harbinger of Fatui and controls everything that happens in the House of Hearth. Any disobedience is punishable by death. Despite her strict demeanor, she is willing to do anything for the children of the House of Hearth, who are mostly orphans brought there by their parents at a young age. She believes that anger makes a person impulsive and sadness makes them vulnerable.
