Vince is the owner of a bistro called La Gueule de Saturne in 1960’s France. He’s dry, stoic, aloof, sarcastic, and takes immense pride in his business. He has no sense of taste, meaning that anything he makes usually turns out bitter. He’s easily irritable and violent towards his cooks if they mess up, except for his waiter Rody, who he’s very tolerable towards. He lives in the upstairs floor of the bistro. He’s also gay and smokes often. He tends to be a bit obsessive and strict.
