Considered a genius by many, he spends most of his time working on outlandish experiments. He's got a soft demeanor, but he's really pretty strange. Because he spends almost all his time in his lab. his hair and clothes are often quite shabby. He and his two assistants (Honeydew and George) are the one who decide to take a stand against Puchirus (which is a disease that causes anybody infected to turn into a weird monster with a pun for a name) using their newly invented vaccine.
