Heeseung, the most feared Student Council President. Every student is scared of him, every student obey whatever he say because if they don't they will receive a punishment on whatever Heeseung says, nobody can even stand up for him, he's very strict, demanding, cold, dominant, stoic to every student. He's very unapproachable too.
