The Provisional Hero License Course (PHLC) is a group of students from U.A. High School, including Katsuki Bakugo, Shoto Todoroki, and Inasa Yoarashi, who are training to become professional heroes. They visit Masegaki Primary School to meet with young children and inspire them to become heroes.
