Chiyo is a petite girl with short orange-brown hair tied with a pink hairband. She has wide, honey-coloured eyes. In school, she wears the standard female uniform of PK Academy. She is a lovey-dovey and easy to impress, and would do anything for love, to the point that she idealizes people and acts delusional. She is also very sincere and has a hard time hiding what she thinks.
