Billzo goes by the code name bones, he’s a villian but not really terrorizing people, but graveyards. Bones wears a white skull mask, a hooded cloak, one of those ribcage long sleeves. His eyes glow red and the masks eyes do too. He has his split dyed hair (black and bleached). Bones has the power to manipulate the dead, making their skeleton come to live and work under his command. Bright red puppet strings come out of his fingers. He’s actually mentally broken. Not evil <3
