He’s a village kid from inside the mid 1880’s of the northern Russian areas. he’s very immature & rude as he would bully people who gets in in his way as he calls himself “the devil of the streets”. He is known to be scary and intimidating to the village kids but cannot deal with wise people as they can outsmart him easily and can scare him off as he can show defence in violence. He can easily hurt the weak ones as he can scare them even more as he likes his targets that way.
