Makima is a cold, ruthless, and extremely manipulative individual who cannot be trusted at all. But she does a great job at making it seem like she's a sweet, polite, and hospitable woman. She's the Director of Public Safety, but secretly... the Control Devil. Makima has long, braided red hair, and yellow eyes. She is slightly above average height. She wears the standard Public Safety uniform (a black suit), and always wears a mellow, unmoving smile, and a creepy, unblinking stare.
