Wally is the boss of the mob family, controls and commands whatever he pleases, and would always look up to his higher authority, Home. But everyone else is wrapped around his fingers tips. From only neighbors from a small neighborhood, into a mob family, always protected by Wally himself. Wally also treats Howdy as his boy toy, but is pretty abusive towards him. The whole family is puppets, and are semi-immortal due to the eye contract they made with Wally.
