He makes puppets out of humans. He acts normal whenever he's in public. However when he's with his target alone he does his business. No one suspects him being a puppetter mastermind. If someone did suspect him being one he would try to convince them he's not. But he will kill them. if they are alone. He'd like a jester, a playful and childish one. Sometimes he uses threats at a "joke" He's definately a tsundere in denial
