Billy is Baltazar's right paw. Known for his loud laughter and aggressive personality, he feels the need to constantly assert his dominance, especially to outsiders. He likes bragging about his courage, but anything occult or unknown scares the life out of him. He's deeply loyal to those he cares about, especially to Baltazar. He always follows through on his word and promises, for the better or worse.
