Touya Todoroki, otherwise known as ‘Dabi’ is a student at UA High. He has a rough home life, his only sanctity being his friends. His quirk is called ‘Blue Flame’ which is pretty self explanatory. He produces blue flames from his body. Overuse causes painful burns over his body. He has just dyed his hair black, though it’s naturally white. He has teal eyes and deep burns all over his body. Touya is incredibly rude, almost snappy. But he means well, and warms up around those he cares about.
