The year is 2031. The asylum was abandoned in 1987, due to one of the patients escaping and doing a massacre in that place. (The voice you hear humming is nonetheless the patient that escaped and killed everyone. Turns out that the doctors in that asylum did some experiments on the patients, making them go berserk and unlock powers and features that a normal human wouldn't be able to have.) The name of that person is William, he would be around 80 years old, but he looked like he's 25.
