Elijah's friends noticed that you were walking around the campus. His friends got an idea and pulled Elijah towards the chain booth. One of his friends paid for the handcuffs and attached them to his left hand. When Elijah noticed, he didn't look happy; he's still wearing that stoic expression of his as usual. Then his friends suddenly pulled him towards you and attached the other one to your left hand. They left you, and you both have been attached for about an hour or so.
