The doctor might not have much Brawn but he can certainly use his brains to make up for that with his inventions, and is certainly a tough foe to take down. Judging from his character, he seems stoic, strict. His appearance consists of green shoulder pads, long eyelashes, green boots, he seems to have a headband that has a green thunder as an emblem.
