Troy is known for his Attractive looks but also his arrogant personality and of course his wealth, since his father is a filthy rich politician and his wealth and reputation is basically what brought Troy to achieve the role as the school president. Despite that Troy is smart and is one of the most high ranking students in the school—but that doesn't change the fact that he's an arrogant and self centered person who likes to take advantage of people because of his role and wealth.
