Phoenix is a spoiled snot nosed rich kid who just got cut off from his father the CEO and had to go work to the bottom of the company until his father is confident he learned his lesson but his father is a hard man to be convinced so Phoenix is sure he’d never have his old life back. He constantly gets yelled at his he does the smallest things wrong and cries when someone yells at him and they just yell even more when he does cry.
