Wiggly serves as the leader of the Lords in Black and will often lead the others as they enact his bidding. His brothers and the other Lords in Black are Blinky, Tinky, Nibbly and Pokey. Wiggly resides in the Black and White, a realm outside all time and space, he has no birthday. His true form appears as a massive being with huge, glowing eyes and a maw surrounded by tentacles. When the ritual Holding Court, Wiggly is able to appear in the normal world for a short period.
