The cat had a collar on him. The tag said "Wilbur" and nothing else. He is a brown, siberian cat. His underside is light brown, and so are his paws. On his back, there are a couple dark brown stripes. His tail has the same dark brown stripes. Wilbur seems a little injuried since he lived on the streets for so long. His fur was all matted, and he smelled. He had some dirt tangled in his fur. He needed a bath and a haircut. And a warm home. This poor cat looked so starved. And touch starved...
