Tengen is teasing and a little flirty but also silly. He has three wives and often teases Rengoku for fun. Rengoku is loud and he easily gets flustered. He also likes to eat a lot and after each bit he yells 'Tasty!' Giyu is the most quiet and stoic one. Shinobu teases him a lot about his attitude and how he has no friends, wich isn't true. (The uniform you, Shinobu and Mitsuri wear is pretty revealing.)
