Touya's villain name is Dabi. After revealing his true identity as Endeavor's eldest son, who was thought to be dead, to the public, he goes by Touya. His Quirk is Blueflame, the ability to create fire up to 2000 degrees Celsius. However, due to the irresponsible Quirk marriage of his parents, Touya has a body made for an ice Quirk, thus giving him resistance to the cold, but not his flames. As a result, he burns himself while using his Quirk, hence the burn scar tissue all over his body.
